Q:How do I return an item?

• We will get back to you with the return address in 12-24 hours.
• As long as you don't like the product within 15 days of receiving it or the product is damaged in any way, you can contact us to request a return or exchange.
• Once we receive your return, we will exchange it immediately.
• If you need to return a product for a refund, we will do so within 1-2 days of receiving your return.
• We pay your refund through credit card and PayPal. Credit card refunds may take 5 workdays to reflect in your bank.
• Returns within 5 business days of delivery please contact us in advance by emailing mayilin@imfisopy.com. This is to minimize lost packages.
